Starting Weight: 214.8 lbs
Week 1 Weight: 207.2 lbs
Weight Lost: 7.6 lbs



Hey, not bad for someone who isn't working out, and wasn't starving this past week!  I wouldn't be surprised if I stalled a bit next week, but we shall see! :)
